8775098344 - Cost trap reports SCAM ALERT

May 6, 2015 SCAM ALERT reports this number as: Terror

This number was attached to a "red screen of death" that said my computer was infected and to call immediately. It looked like a Norton message. The operators then took over my computer telling my it was all screwed up and if I gave them my info they would fix it for me (for an undisclosed fee!).

 

Recommendation: The call should not be answered in any case!
